The actual output depends on your cup size and maximum printing length. For example, the C model can run at up to 400 cups per minute when equipped with four rubber blankets. If two rubber blankets are used for longer printing areas exceeding 340 mm, the printing speed is reduced to approximately 200 cups per minute. The same principle applies to our other models. Yes. CAI has extensive experience in inline integration between cup forming and printing systems. We can develop a customized forming-to-printing solution based on your forming machine’s production speed, cup forming process, cup arrangement, and machine layout.
To ensure stable and continuous production, CAI has also developed a flexible buffer storage and feeding system that automatically adapts to speed variations between the forming and printing machines. This helps maintain a smooth material flow, minimize interruptions, and improve overall line efficiency.

Plastic cup formulations, silicone oil, and other material characteristics can affect ink adhesion and color consistency. CAI’s surface pretreatment and curing systems help achieve stable ink adhesion, with adjustable corona and curing power to suit different materials. CAI also offers its own ink system to optimize printing performance. For higher quality control, E and S models can be equipped with inline vision inspection to detect defective cups and prevent them from reaching the next process.
